Remodel Updates [6.2.2020]

I have added a couple of remodels in the French and German series and updated/corrected some others.
- German VK zip file was wrong, now fixed
- JagdTiger 88 was crashing game, so that is now fixed
- M4 Vastly Improved was not showing properly in SD, corrected
- Type 64 was not showing properly., fixed
- Added BatChat 12t and AMX 13-90
- Added Cavalier
- Removed Chinese 110 and IS-2 as they were causing game crashes
- Added RU-251 remodel as Hawk-30
- Added Hetzer
