WoWP Crew Mods

Changes the following for the crew members:

• Adds medals, nation specific
• Changes crew icon for pilot and gunner
• Changes rank for USA for Navy rank it is now USAAF prior to 1943, for USAAF it is after 1943

To Install copy the gui directory in the archive (zip) to the res_mods/<current game version>/ folder in World of Warplanes
